These English provisions correspond to the Chinese terms. If wording differs, neither version removes rights that applicable law makes mandatory.

The current public site at wecross.us provides public content. Free member accounts are open to everyone; creating one costs nothing and does not include subscriber content. Subscriptions are not yet open to the public and no real payments are accepted. During subscription testing, only invited accounts may try a subscription with Stripe test cards; no real charges are made and test subscriptions do not convert into paid subscriptions. An administrator may also grant reading access to individual accounts. The former invited member-beta.wecross.us environment is closed. Paid-subscription provisions apply only when live subscriptions open and a user affirmatively purchases one; neither public access nor a free member account converts into a paid subscription.

WeCross.US is operated by Atlantic Holding LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to these Terms; if you act for an organization, you must be authorized to do so. The site is intended for adults age 18 or older. Features are available only as actually offered on the site at the time.

You may read content for personal learning and internal business decisions and share links to public pages. Without permission or a legal right, you may not systematically scrape, copy, republish, sell, remove rights notices from, or use protected material to train a commercial model. You may not circumvent access controls, compromise security, impersonate others, or use the site unlawfully. WeCross or the relevant owner retains rights in its text, charts, design, research, and marks. References to third parties do not imply their endorsement.

If you submit feedback or questions, you retain your rights while allowing us to use the material as needed to respond and improve the service. Do not send confidential information you are not permitted to disclose or unnecessary sensitive data. Third-party sites, Stripe Checkout, and independent professional providers may have separate terms; WeCross is not a party to their contracts with you unless expressly stated.

Content is general market information, not legal, tax, accounting, immigration, investment, customs, or other professional advice. We seek to explain sources and dates but do not warrant continuing accuracy, completeness, suitability for your circumstances, or uninterrupted access. Verify important matters independently. To the maximum extent allowed by law, WeCross is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from general information, third parties, or interruptions; non-excludable legal liabilities remain unaffected.

We may reasonably restrict use for security, abuse, infringement, or legal risk. Material changes to paid benefits or price remain subject to the purchase terms and applicable law. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, Georgia law governs these Terms without regard to conflicts rules. Please first describe a dispute and requested resolution to the contact below; the parties will try to resolve it informally for 30 days. If they cannot, either party may seek relief in a court with jurisdiction. These Terms do not impose arbitration or a waiver of court rights.
